About the opportunity

Provide reliable home cleaning for Perth NDIS participants

Yirra Care connects experienced cleaners with NDIS participants who need help keeping their homes safe and comfortable.

For example, a participant may need weekly or fortnightly help with bathrooms, floors, kitchens and general household cleaning.

In addition, some participants may need a one-off deep clean or another approved service.

However, every assignment includes a clear service scope. Therefore, cleaners should only complete the agreed tasks.

AUD 40 per hour Contractor rate for approved Perth cleaning assignments, unless a different rate is confirmed in writing.

Cleaning services

Cleaning tasks you may complete

Each participant has different home support needs. Therefore, tasks can change between assignments.

Before the service begins, Yirra Care will confirm the approved tasks, service time and access notes.

Regular home cleaning

Complete agreed weekly or fortnightly cleaning tasks in the participant's home.

Kitchen cleaning

Clean benches, sinks, external surfaces and other approved kitchen areas.

Bathroom cleaning

Clean showers, toilets, basins, mirrors and bathroom floors.

Vacuuming and mopping

Vacuum carpets and mop hard floors with suitable products and equipment.

Dusting and surfaces

Dust safe surfaces while protecting personal items and private spaces.

Deep cleaning

Complete approved deep cleaning tasks when a clear service scope is provided.
