Use your cleaning skills to support local NDIS participants

Yirra Care provides cleaning support in the homes of NDIS participants across Brisbane.

For example, a participant may need regular help with floors, bathrooms, kitchens and general household cleaning.

In addition, some participants may request a deep clean or another agreed service. However, every job follows a clear service scope.

Most importantly, cleaners must respect the participant's home, privacy and personal boundaries.

Cleaning services

Cleaning tasks you may complete

Each participant has different needs. Therefore, the exact task list may change from one home to another.

Before the service begins, Yirra Care will explain the approved tasks, time and access instructions.

Regular home cleaning

Complete agreed weekly or fortnightly cleaning tasks in the participant's home.

Kitchen cleaning

Clean benches, sinks, splashbacks, external surfaces and other approved kitchen areas.

Bathroom cleaning

Clean showers, toilets, basins, mirrors and floors within the agreed service time.

Vacuuming and mopping

Vacuum carpets and mop hard floors with suitable products and equipment.

Dusting and surfaces
