2. Scope of Service

Yirra Care delivers disability support and related services under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) for participants in Brisbane and surrounding areas.

The Yirra Care Planner App is a digital tool designed to help participants and their representatives generate, customise, and obtain quotes for NDIS support plans, using official NDIS pricing and the current plan details provided by the user.


3. NDIS Registration and Compliance

Yirra Care is a registered NDIS provider and complies with all NDIS Practice Standards, the NDIS Code of Conduct, and the NDIS Act 2013.
All services are provided in accordance with NDIS Quality and Safeguards requirements.


4. Privacy and Confidentiality

  • All personal information is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the NDIS Act 2013.

  • Information provided in the Yirra Care Planner App will only be used for creating and quoting your NDIS support plan and for direct communications related to service provision.

  • Yirra Care does not share information with third parties unless legally required.

5. Use of the Yirra Care Planner App

  • Users must be over 18 years old or have consent from a legal representative.

  • To use the Planner App, users must accept these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

  • All recommendations and quotations are generated using the information you provide, official NDIS price limits, and current Yirra Care service availability.


6. Pricing and Quotation

  • All price estimates and quotations are based strictly on the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits (2024–25, Version 1.3).

  • Support Worker rates, community participation, home support, transport, and all other services are quoted in compliance with the NDIS Price Guide.

  • All prices are subject to change if the official NDIS pricing changes.

  • The annual quotation provided by the app is an estimate for planning purposes and does not guarantee approval by NDIA or other agencies.


7. Service Agreements

  • Any actual provision of services requires a formal Service Agreement between the participant (or their representative) and Yirra Care.

  • The Service Agreement will outline responsibilities, exact services, pricing, payment terms, cancellation policy, and dispute resolution process.

  • A Service Agreement is strongly recommended for clarity and mutual protection.


8. Payments and Invoicing

  • All services are invoiced in accordance with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and your Service Agreement.

  • Payment is due in line with the participant’s NDIS funding and the agreed terms.


9. Cancellation Policy

  • Participants must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel a scheduled service in order to avoid cancellation charges.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be billed as per the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits.


10. Feedback, Complaints, and Disputes

  • Yirra Care welcomes all feedback and is committed to resolving complaints promptly and fairly.

  • If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.

  • All complaints are managed in line with the NDIS (Complaints Management and Resolution) Rules 2018.


11. Participant Rights and Responsibilities

  • Participants have the right to high-quality, respectful services that protect their dignity and privacy.

  • Participants are responsible for providing accurate information and complying with these Terms and their Service Agreement.


12. Amendments

Yirra Care may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes in law, NDIS guidelines, or internal policies.
Significant changes will be notified via the app or direct communication.

Yirra Care reviews these price limits regularly to ensure all quotations and support plans are accurate and compliant.
