💃 What Happens Each Week?

Every 2-hour session is structured to keep things engaging and enjoyable:

  • Warm Welcome & Goal Setting (15 mins)
    Share your intentions and celebrate progress with the group.

  • DanceXercise (1 hour)
    Follow simple, adaptable dance routines with energising music. Gain confidence and fitness at your own pace.

  • Counsellor-Led Group Session (45 mins)
    Learn practical skills for resilience, stress management, and motivation in a safe and friendly environment.

This mix of movement and discussion helps participants feel both energised and supported. It also complements programs like NDIS Community Access, making the journey even more holistic.

    A certified counsellor, Liam leads group discussions with strategies to support mental well-being and personal growth.

📍 Location: Woody Point Memorial Hall, Oxley Avenue, Woody Point, QLD
📅 Duration: 12 weeks
