What Makes the Empowerment Breathwork Program Special?

The Empowerment Breathwork Program is inspired by ancient breathing techniques that strengthen your mental, emotional and physical health. Instead of feeling stressed or blocked, you learn to use your breath as a tool for calm and focus. Each session offers clear guidance, so you can master new techniques step by step.


How the Empowerment Breathwork Program Works

This program runs for 12 weeks. Each week, you join a safe, welcoming group for a 2-hour session. As a result, you have time to practise and grow at your own pace. Sessions are held at the same venue as our Empowerment Sound Healing & Meditation Program, with indoor or outdoor settings depending on the weather.


Your Breathwork Facilitator

Our experienced facilitator shares their knowledge through relaxing sessions with crystal bowls, gongs, chimes and mindful breathwork. They guide you through each technique with patience and encouragement. Therefore, you always feel confident trying new practices.


Program Structure

1. Welcome and Orientation

First, each session begins with a warm introduction. You set your intentions and prepare your mind for the breathing work ahead. This moment sets the tone for deep focus.

2. Guided Breathwork Techniques

Next, you learn different breathing styles:

  • Diaphragmatic Breathing: Deep, calm breathing for stress relief.

  • Box Breathing: A balanced method for focus.

  • Alternate Nostril Breathing: A peaceful practice for mental clarity.

  • Energising or Relaxing Breathwork: To boost your mood or help you unwind.

Each exercise includes clear demonstrations. Our facilitator offers tips and adjustments so you feel supported throughout.

3. Integration and Reflection

After the breathing practice, you pause to reflect. Take time to write in your journal, share your thoughts with the group or simply enjoy herbal tea and quiet conversation. This closing time helps you process the benefits.

4. Follow-Up Counselling Session

Finally, each participant receives a follow-up session with our counsellor. You can talk about your breathwork journey, set personal goals and learn how to use these techniques in daily life.
